Our support staff are highly skilled with the best training and supervision. We train and support everyone to embed therapeutic parenting into their practice. Every interaction with a young person should enhance their life. We follow Safer Recruitment guidelines. And all our staff go through a comprehensive recruitment process. This includes

About the Founders
Directed Path was founded by a qualified social worker with over 14 years of experience including at management level in Children Statutory Services.

Passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people, the founder has vast experience working with children, adolescents and families in need. She recognizes and understands challenges that children in care and leaving care services individual faces, and the appropriate interventions needed to achieve positive outcomes.
